Andy Wyman, Esq.
Construction Law Attorney | Founder of Wyman Legal Solutions
Andrew Wyman, Esq. is the founder of Wyman Legal Solutions, a Florida construction law firm focused on helping homeowners, contractors, and construction professionals navigate serious construction disputes and complex building projects.
Throughout his career, Andy has represented hundreds of homeowners in disputes involving home builders, general contractors, pool contractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. His experience includes construction defects, contractor abandonment, construction liens, unlicensed contracting, projects performed without proper permits, payment disputes, defective workmanship, and other problems that can arise before, during, and after a major construction project.
Andy founded Wyman Legal Solutions with a mission to help level the playing field for Florida property owners. Homeowners often enter major construction projects with limited knowledge of construction law, contractor vetting, construction contracts, payment schedules, change orders, lien rights, and the other legal and financial issues that can determine whether a project succeeds or becomes a costly dispute.
That experience led Andy to build a law firm focused not only on resolving construction disputes after problems occur, but also on helping clients identify risks and protect themselves before and during major construction projects. Under his leadership, Wyman Legal Solutions has developed legal services, educational resources, and technology designed to give Florida property owners greater protection, clarity, and control throughout the construction process.
Andy’s commitment to consumer protection extends beyond his work with individual clients. He has served on The Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee and was selected to help develop the Bar’s consumer educational resource, How to Build a Home in Florida. Wyman Legal Solutions has also received recognition for its work in construction law, technology, and consumer education and has been named to the Law Firm 500 list of America’s fastest-growing law firms for four consecutive years.
Andy also leads the firm’s support of the Florida Certified Master Builder program, developed by the Florida Home Builders Association to recognize experienced builders who meet advanced standards for professionalism, experience, and industry involvement.
Through his legal practice, industry leadership, and continued development of new resources for Florida property owners, Andy remains focused on the mission that led him to create Wyman Legal Solutions: helping clients prevent construction problems when possible, take control when problems arise, and make informed decisions about what to do next.

Solving Real-Life Problems, Not Just Legal Issues
To me, being an attorney is about more than just making persuasive arguments and giving valuable advice. It’s about listening and caring enough to understand your goals and your concerns. And I know your problem is not just a legal problem. It is a real life problem that is affecting your time, your money, or your quality of life, which is being created by or exacerbated by legal issues. Our goal is always to solve your real-life problem as efficiently as possible.
Our First Meeting
Our successful relationship will start at our first meeting, where I encourage you to get to know me too. Here are some things I invite you to ask about:

Award-Winning Residential Construction Attorneys
Wyman Legal Solutions has been recognized for its excellence in the field of construction law. One of the most prestigious acknowledgments we’ve received is the AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded for legal ability and ethical standards. We’re proud to have been a recipient of this rating for several consecutive years.
We ensure that every attorney who practices with us adheres to these high standards, particularly when it comes to representing homeowners in residential construction matters. While construction law is our niche, we acknowledge our strengths and limitations. For example, we excel in representing homeowners in residential construction cases but may refer clients to other specialists for large-scale development projects.
