Frank P. Delia

As a member of the Firm's Commercial Litigation and Construction Practice Group, Mr. Delia focuses his practice on business and construction litigation. Mr. Delia also has extensive experience in first party insurance and subrogation claims. Mr. Delia concentrates his practice in commercial and construction litigation and has represented institutional lenders, individual creditors and private and public corporations. He has acted as trustee’s counsel in complex bankruptcy cases and is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar throughout the State.

Previously, Mr. Delia pursued a career in law enforcement and the military from 1988 to 1995. In 1990, he served as an Infantry Assault Team Leader with the U.S. Marine Corps’ 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield and in various overseas deployments, for which he received several service recognitions including, the National Defense Service Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Marine Unit and Navy Unit Citations, Southwest Asia Service Medal and (2) Overseas Deployment Ribbons.

While studying at Florida Atlantic University, Mr. Delia was a member of that schools “Peacekeeping Studies Program” where he taught classes on Military Operations Other Than War (MOOTW), obtained his Certification to Command United Nations Peacekeeping Forces and was a member of a national History Honor Society.
