With over two decades of legal experience, Patrick is a distinguished litigator passionate about achieving justice, specializing in construction law and first and third-party insurance coverage matters. His background as a former licensed residential builder provides a unique advantage when handling construction cases. Patrick has an extensive track record of litigating and successfully trying cases in both state and federal courts and various alternate dispute resolution forums. He has also handled numerous appellate matters, showcasing his comprehensive legal expertise. With Patrick's deep commitment to his clients, he delivers exceptional service with precision, strategy, communication, and proficiency.
In addition to his construction and insurance background, Patrick brings significant experience in commercial matters, real property disputes, employment and labor law, and ERISA claims. His legal practice spans multiple jurisdictions, as he is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida and Michigan, along with numerous federal courts, including the Northern and Southern Districts in Florida, Eastern and Western Districts in Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Patrick's dedication to academic excellence is evident in his magna cum laude graduation from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, where he was actively involved as a member of the Law Review, Moot Court Board of Directors, and a Pupil Member of American Inns of Court. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics and finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where he showcased his diverse talents as a disc jockey and Program Manager at WUMD, the school's student-run radio station.
